ABOUT HIRAL SUTHAR
Hi I am Hiral Suthar (She/her). I am an Environmental Engineer. I currently live in Ottawa, ON. Completed my Master of Engineering - Environment from Carleton University. I worked for 3+ years as an Environmental Engineer for Engineering Consultancy, ENPRO Enviro Tech and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in India. I was working in the Environmental Impact Assessment and Project Design Department. In my professional Journey, I had the privilege to work for prominent industry leaders which significantly enriched my experience. I consider myself lucky to have had the chance to participate in the design of a sewage treatment plant for one of India\'s largest cities, Mumbai. Currently, I am working as a Junior Coordinator for Pryco Global Inc. located in Alberta. I am responsible for the preparation of Phase I and II Environmental site assessment (ESA), Building condition assessment, Geotechnical Engineering, and cost report. I am also assisting Prof. Banu Ormeci at Carleton University for research related to Emerging pollutant- Microplastics. Its extraction and identification in wastewater and biosolids through filtration, counting and using FTIR.
