Cooking and Assembly: • Cook and assemble various Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tamales, etc. • Use the stove, grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment to cook food properly and safely. • Ensure that all dishes meet the store’s standards for taste, appearance, and portion size. • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food safety. • Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized at all times. • Follow food safety guidelines for handling, storing, and preparing food. • Coordinate with other kitchen staff, such as prep cooks or dishwashers, to ensure timely preparation of meals.
