Our factory is equipped with India’s first fully automated SPC flooring production line, ensuring consistent quality with minimal human error. As a marketer, this was a strong USP that gave me confidence in every pitch and client presentation.My key responsibilities involved:Developing go-to-market strategies for international markets including the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. Leading digital and trade show campaigns, often collaborating with local distributors and international architects. Working closely with our production and R&D teams to align product customization with regional preferences—whether it was EIR textures for North America or low-VOC certifications for Europe.One of the most rewarding parts of the job was handling B2B partnerships.Plankton Floors gave me a platform to think globally while executing locally—an experience that has shaped me into a truly international marketing professional.
