About Hiral Paghadal
I pursued my Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology from TSEC, Mumbai, here, I amassed an array of technical skills which laid a solid foundation for my career in tech. After graduation, I worked as a Software Engineer at BNP Paribas in their Global Banking IT department which marked the initiation of my professional journey. As a full-stack Java developer, I worked primarily to devise state-of-art solutions for the business requirements of internal clients in the Trade Finance domain. Worked in a diverse team and collaborated on projects regarding the Trade Finance, Supply chain finance banking domain based on NAR (North America), LATAM, and Columbia region. My experience at BNP Paribas has given me a 360-degree view of how technology is leveraged to deliver business requirements and enhanced my technical expertise, management capabilities, and teamwork in a multifaceted environment. The journey didn\'t end there; in order to fulfill my ambition to obtain a master\'s degree in the field of my choice and to expand my knowledge about information systems and management, I chose to enroll in the Syracuse University Ischool\'s Master of Information Systems program.
