   At Akshar Foundation, I lead the Communication & Collaboration team - supporting both internal updates and external communications, while guiding our communication operations to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. The role involves overseeing creative and content development, while staying closely aligned with the field team’s requirements to build a strong, consistent brand identity across social media, print, and various digital and offline platforms.This journey has also included contributing to environmental projects, such as plastic waste reuse and impact documentation, in collaboration with designated government bodies.Together as a team, we continue shaping how our stories are communicated to partners, government, and the community. I’m also learning to navigate policy narratives - exploring how different schemes and grants can support our purpose for broader community impact.It’s a role that keeps evolving — and I’m grateful to grow through it, with intention and thoughtful communication.
