ABOUT HIRA MAHNOOR
Construction Professional specializing in MEP construction coordination with a strong background in rail infrastructure projects. Currently, I am working on the P-209 Dry Dock Project at Pearl Harbour Naval Shipyard in Oahu, Hawaii - the largest construction project in the U.S. Navy\'s history. Previously, I have worked on the Union Station Enhancement Project in Toronto, Ontario, which marked the first implementation of the alliance contracting model in Canada. I also contributed to the construction delivery of the $2.5 Billion Finch West LRT Project.
