I started in legal ops. Learning how contracts move and what it costs when the process is not designed well.That foundation never left me. It became the lens I carried into strategic sourcing and procurement, not as a function to manage but as a system to design.For over 15 years I have worked across complex supplier ecosystems, building operating models and finding the real leverage points when organizations are trying to scale without losing what matters.The AI era did not change my orientation.
