Having worked in a variety of differentiating IT support roles, I have now established myself as a hard working professional who is always looking to move forward with the ever growing world of IT.Due to ever-changing world of IT security and all the threats posed by recent vulnerabilities and threats, my priority now is to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all to use, this has been achieved in scenarios where we have rolled out additional security checks such as multi-factor authentication through the use of authentication apps and third party tokens for example and also conducting monthly spoofing tests to ensure our users threat awareness is always up to date. The main focus is to always ensure the use of IT is streamlined and simplified by using the simplest approaches such as migrating to the Microsoft Cloud architecture e.g. Teams and OneDrive whilst also ensuring the service provided throughout is clear, consistent and as thorough as possible.
