Currently serving as an Internal Compliance Manager in the Organic Farming and Agricultural Extension Department, I oversee the implementation of Internal Control Systems (ICS), certification compliance, and FPO management ( as per guidelines from #SFAC) along with Agricultural CSR across multiple project locations. My work involves conducting internal audits, ensuring traceability from farm to market, and facilitating certification under FT, NPOP, NOP, and EU organic standards.I collaborate closely with farmers, field teams, and certification bodies to ensure adherence to organic practices while strengthening governance and compliance within Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). Through capacity building, ESG integration, and data-driven monitoring, I help enhance institutional transparency, farmer incomes, and sustainable agricultural outcomes.Key Achievements:• Streamlined internal audit and compliance documentation for multiple organic FPOs.• Strengthened FPO governance systems as per guidelines from SAFC under #Formationand Promotion Schemes.• Promoted sustainable organic practices among farmers, enhancing soil health and productivity.
