Distribution and withdrawal of Capex budget for respective departments. Verification and capitalization of assets. Review of Capex MIS including open PR/PO, budget utilization, and spill over analysis. Monthly provision of services and expense booking as per budget. Preparation of prepaid expenses report and necessary SAP adjustments. Vendor payments, government remittances, and professional fee disbursements. Processing non-PO invoices after approval as per delegation matrix (employee claims, advances, medical, travel, etc.). Ensuring timely payments to MSME vendors to avoid interest liabilities. Reviewing open GRIR bi-monthly to ensure closure within the reporting period.
