Over the last decade, I’ve built my career at the intersection of tax, funds, and business strategy within the financial services industry. Currently, I head the Tax Function at DSP Asset Managers, working closely with leadership to translate complex tax and regulatory frameworks into practical business solutions across Mutual Funds, AIFs, and international fund structures. My experience spans direct and indirect taxation, cross-border structuring, and regulatory advisory, including work across GIFT City, FPIs, and global fund setups. Beyond technical expertise, my role has evolved into supporting strategic decisions, managing high-stakes stakeholder environments, and enabling business growth through well-structured and compliant frameworks. A key part of my work involves engaging with stakeholders and simplifying tax for investors, distributors, and clients through clear communication. I particularly enjoy working on complex, ambiguous problems—whether it’s building new structures, navigating regulatory changes, or shaping solutions that balance compliance with commercial objectives.
