I work on keeping LinkedIn safe, clean, and trustworthy—basically stopping bad actors from ruining the experience for real users. I investigate fraud patterns, fix enforcement gaps, and handle high-priority cases like fake jobs, hacked accounts, and suspicious activity. I’ve uncovered major fraud issues, reviewed thousands of risky accounts, and helped cut enforcement errors from 69% to just over 5%.I’m the go-to person for trust escalations in APAC, managing critical cases quickly and accurately. I also work closely with quality teams, reviewing thousands of QA items and appeals to spot patterns, improve workflows, and make sure decisions are fair and consistent. My own accuracy is consistently above 96%.I support the team by mentoring reviewers, resolving misclassified cases, and improving processes through root-cause analysis.
