I bring over 13 years of experience working across sustainability and social development programmes, with a focus on women led entrepreneurship, livelihoods, and community centred implementation. My work has spanned Decentralised Renewable Energy (DRE), WASH, environmental education, science communication, and sustainable livelihoods across diverse field contexts.Over the years, I have worked with partners like UNDP, UNICEF, Fondation BOTNAR, and CSRs supporting programme design, implementation, partnerships, and coordination across stakeholders. I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and field realities, helping translate ideas and plans into practical, implementable action.

   Leading livelihoods and Decentralised Renewable Energy (DRE) programme implementation across Manipur while supporting partnership development and expansion planning in Nagaland and Assam.• Working with Dharmalife Entrepreneurs (DLEs) and women entrepreneur groups to strengthen enterprise models, field mobilisation, and adoption of clean energy solutions.• Supporting partnership development and coordination with SRLMs, district administrations, energy agencies, and institutional stakeholders across Northeast India.• Managing cross-functional coordination across field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and maintain program momentum.• Driving structured execution, monitoring, and field level problem solving to ensure delivery aligned with organisational and donor commitments.
