At the core of my professional journey is a commitment to enabling individuals and organizations realize their full potential. I channel this passion through three interwoven roles: as an educator, a business builder, and an engaged philanthropist.I currently serve as a Clinical Professor of Strategy and Organisation at the Indian School of Business, where I work with executive and postgraduate learners to shape the next generation of leaders. Alongside, I am the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of INSORCE, AI software product company that delivers scalable solutions for Optimising Business Service Operations. I also contribute as a Lead Partner with Social Venture Partners, a global network of engaged philanthropists driving sustainable social impact.Earlier, I spent close to two decades at Accenture, where I held several global and regional leadership roles—most notably as Managing Director leading the Talent & Organisation consulting business across Southeast Asia, as the global leader of the Talent & Organisation Capability Centre, and the Asia-Pacific Talent Strategy practice. I am part of the founding leadership team that scaled Accenture\'s Global Capability Centre (GCC) to become a leading player globallyMy earlier career spans diverse experiences—from starting as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive sector, to Strategy and Organisation consulting with Arthur D. Little, and founding a niche Strategy and Organization Design firm.I bring extensive experience in B2B sales and professional services delivery, with a strong track record in building and scaling businesses. I’ve led globally distributed teams, architected enterprise solutions, and worked with over 50 C-suite leaders across sectors such as banking, consumer goods, mining, and government—across India, Southeast Asia, Australia, Korea, the Middle East, South Africa, and the U.S.Most recently, I worked with public sector leaders in Singapore to drive transformation and implement new ways of working with measurable impact. My core expertise lies in Business Model Strategy, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Data-Driven Talent Management.I take pride in being recognized as a developer of people. I hold the view that the true legacy of leadership is measured not in achievements, but in the leaders one helps shape.I hold an MBA from the National University of Singapore Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Management in India.
