With over 25 years of professional experience, I am a strategy and leadership expert with a passion for solving problems and driving change in the aerospace, defence, and space sectors. Currently, I lead the Aerospace, Defence, Shipbuilding and Space practice at KPMG India, where I lead and contribute to multiple projects in growth strategy, market entry, business transformation, and digitalisation for clients across these sectors.Before joining PwC India where I was part of the vibrant Aerospace, Defence and Space Advisory team, I served in the Indian Army for 21 years, where I managed large, complex business transformation IT projects end-to-end, including the largest digital transformation project of the Indian Army. I also led large cross-functional teams to provide engineering and technology support in MRO activities, encompassing supply chain, operations, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and change management. I have a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to learning and delivering results. I enjoy building long-term relationships by earning people’s trust and respect quickly.
