Currently, I am a Technology Development Device and Yield Engineering Lead for Intel Foundry where I mine and analyze large complex data sets to segment problems and solve integrated problems to meet program goals on aggressive timelines. • I combine my fundamental semiconductor process and device knowledge with data analytics skills to root cause and resolve intricate technical challenges limiting product yields and quality.• A big part of my job is communicating and convincing a broad spectrum of audience from engineers to upper management (including senior technical leaders and VPs) on problem statement and actions to fix issues in critical path of product yield and quality.• I lead the Yield Analysis and Device team responsible for meeting aggressive yield and performance targets for the technology program.• Mining and analyzing large complex datasets and visualizing the results in an understandable format to determine root cause of excursions and explore avenues for overall yield improvement.• Partnering with process engineering, process integration, defect reduction, failure analysis laboratory, and other teams to analyze large complex data sets to segment problems and solve integrated problems.• Improving end of line yield with a focus on inline predictability and transferring systems to high volume manufacturing.
