Leads a team of AML specialists that support enterprise-wide AML initiatives, and act as subject matter expert to provide sound regulatory/compliance advice, recommendations and support to business segments as it relates to customers, third parties and employees. • Designs, implements, and provides oversight for an AML/ATF program for Corporate, TD Wealth and Retail Banking segments including the development of policies, risk assessments, specialized training, monitoring and testing processes and manages any emerging compliance/regulatory issues and changes.• Led the designing and developing of AML compliance monitoring strategies and methodologies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluated the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, and processes.• Led the project to implement a data management function (1A/1 LoD) within TD data & analytics department by developing strategic goals, mission, and vision of the team as well as OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and KPIs. Objectives of this team include initiatives such as metadata remediation, metadata classification, data quality, CDEs, and data lineage.• Manages and prioritizes the day-to-day operations of the AML Compliance team by holding all TD Scaled Agility (as per Scaled Agility Framework or SAFe) ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, and quarterly PI Planning.
