Keep a close check with allinvolved units- Management reviews and reporting to respective stakeholders. Been a part of all Project reviews withDemand, Tech Head and various members from higher management- Verify the necessity of change requests and induces decision on Change Requests (CR) and understand whatare the implications towards the budget, timeline and resources- Define and ensure all major documentations are in place and uploaded to centralized repository. Making sureto follow the define template and structure only- Managing any kind of Procurement, such as Resource planning, Infra Capex & Opex etc- Escalation Management, Responsible for escalation towards management, alignment/steering board, anddemand business owner- Communications Management. Ensure communication within the project and towards stakeholders,alignment/steering boards and regular project reporting- Risk Management. Identifies and actively manages/mitigates project risks. Plan for all the mitigation for allimpediments- Quality Management. Ensure that any work is consistent with the quality standard. Agree quality objectivesand process to meet them- Ensure that any work is consistent with the project management framework- Following the Agile and Waterfall model as per the requirement and inline to the scope, timeline and deliveryof the project- Majorly catered Infrastructure based projects such as Lift and shift of Data centers, Migrations of the serversfrom one cloud to another, DC shifting to another location, Backup (*BCP) and Security related projects.
