I love to solve the technical issues in the electronics manufacturing and solve them with creative ideas or with modern technology. I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting the new learnings.I have done my B TECH in Electronics and communication and got my degree with 75.10 % in 2017. From my college time I was much interested in the technology and I decided to continue this and chosen as a carrier. I got a placement in a Electronics manufacturing company, I was very excited to work with the company and enhance my skills. I worked for this company for 3.7 years in new product development function and gained professional experience. I love to use the new technology and there I got opportunity to work on the new technologies which I had enjoyed through out my work tenure. I developed all technical skills by working with experienced professionals.I have done many projects for the automobile, Industrial and medical customers, For these customers we were supplying the PCB assemblies. I am Currently working as a Deputy Manager - New Product Introduction & PCBA Process at Schneider electric India pvt LTD, Gained total 5.4 years of experience in Electronics manufacturing, change management,process design, component engineering,PFMEA, DFM, DFA, RFQ. Also worked as a process engineer for all electronics manufacturing processes.
