   I lead the strategic and operational oversight of Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) applications, managing core Azure services such as Web Apps, Function Apps, CosmosDB, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts. My work includes integrating advanced Generative AI tools on Azure, including Azure Cognitive Services, AI Search, Form Recognizer, and OpenAI, to enable intelligent automation and improve client service experiences.I manage and support multiple client-specific applications, focusing on cost optimization, vulnerability management, end to end support and scalability. My work emphasizes high standards of security and compliance across all deployments. To achieve this, I lead two teams comprising a total of 10 members:1. Operations Team – This team is responsible for production support, ensuring application reliability and addressing any live issues promptly to maintain optimal performance for our clients.2. Engineering/Solution Team – This team handles the non-production environment and develops end-to-end Azure solutions. They also focus on Automation, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) management and build comprehensive support frameworks to ensure the seamless transition of solutions from non-production to production environments.Myself and My Teams leverage extensive automation practices, including the use of Bicep, ARM templates, and PowerShell scripts, to streamline Azure deployments and configuration management.I also play an integral role in crafting responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for new client engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to finalize architecture designs and align solutions with stringent security compliance standards.
