About Himanshu Sharma
Desktop computers loaded with Windows 95 drew my attention during my childhood. I was fascinated by this amazing technology and my curiosity led me into the world of computers.My bachelor\'s project aimed at implementing a different mode (Push Model over Pull) of communication between client and server and my master\'s project was targeted to simplify learning by gamification. While in SAP, I learnt how to read and write code in multiple programming languages such as Java, SAP ABAP, JavaScript to create enterprise grade applications along with a team comprising of members from different countries. My curiosity, fastidiousness and ability to lead got me the quickest promotion to the role of a Product Owner, and in 2 years\' time my team grew from 4 members including me to 17.I am excited about the Chemistry between Mathematics and Computers (Big Data), and eager to apply newly learnt formulas in the real world post my specialization (master\'s) in Data Analytics to draw insights from data and use it to improve products and/or develop new enterprise/customer products of the future along with my team.I enjoy travelling and visited Germany and France pre-pandemic; I wish to visit many other countries. Cricket runs in the blood of all Indians and I love playing a game of street cricket with friends, waiting for the pandemic to end to play badminton again, do a bit of gardening and quite competitive in computer and mobile games such as Age of Empires, PUBG and Call of Duty.
