My role focuses on driving accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to delivery. • Handle STO (Stock Transfer Orders) and product allocations across multiple warehouses to meet national account requirements. • Collaborate with sales, logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. • Monitor stock availability, manage exceptions, and resolve issues like delays, shortages, or shipment discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with documentation and company standards for invoicing, dispatch, and reporting. • Build strong relationships with national account customers by providing timely updates and issue resolution. • Track KPIs such as order accuracy, lead times, and customer service levels; provide insights for process improvement.Key Skills:ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/other), Inventory Management, STO Handling, Data Reporting, Cross-functional Collaboration.
