Responsible for full lifecycle technical recruitment: sourced and screened passive and active candidates, pay rate negotiation, benefits negotiation, submitting candidate profiles at the client side as well as on internal systems, completed reference checks, interview preps, extended offers and assisted candidates with onboarding/compliance.• Identify and source candidates through internal CRM (ATS), Monster, Career Builder, JobDiva, Dice, and LinkedIn utilizing complex Boolean strings, and RecruitmentGeek.• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.• Perform reference checks as need.• Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/shortlisted candidates and checking their interest & availability.• Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks.• Uploading the data of the offered selected and rejected Candidates into the internal database & maintaining the same.
