Creation and Processing of sales and purchase orders for the services sold by SoftwareONE. Involved in any query raised by the vendor or the customers like queries related to licenses, order- related queries, any errors correction w.r.t orders invoiced, and queries related to different services offered by Microsoft. Communicating with external customers and internal teams for service delivery. Escalating problems or variance in information to relevant owners and following through the resolution. Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process. Setting up, management and maintenance of monthly order records of customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial data and transactions in relevant systems, databases and spreadsheets. Research and Analysis of raw data from vendor through an extensive use of MS excel, data crunching and manipulation as per the defined process. Accountable for the service metrics and SLA achievements. Analyze and interpret financial data and transactions to identify trends and patterns and provide insights to management.
