trying to understand how things work.and how they can work better.a boy from ranchi, trained as a corporate lawyer at national law university,who moved from reading contractsto asking a bigger question:\"why does this system exist at all?\"who does it really serve?what promises does it make?what happens to people when it scales and cracks begin to show?work took me through commercial transactions, ip, data privacy, competition law.a front-row seat to how regulation, markets & technology collide.how one clause, one incentive, one small structural choicecan change the story for millions over time.somewhere along the way, the script changed.the question shifted from“how do i navigate these rules?\"to“can we write better ones?”not just another file closed.not just another case won.but products & systems that quietly make everyday life easier,fairer,more dignified.how people access services.how they build & protect wealth.how they deal with institutions without feeling small.one lesson keeps coming back:good solutions start with understanding people as they are,with all their constraints and fears,not with buzzwords or the trend of the season.that is why the next chapter is deliberate.to sit close to where long-term bets are made on bold ideas.investments, i.e. venture capital & private equity through research & data partnerships tables where founders bring unreasonable dreams,and investors decide which ones the world might actually need.to be there studying markets,listening to founders & domain expertstesting theses,and keep asking:“will this truly help people, and can it last?”to learn, with patience and rigour:what is truly worth building.and what it really takes to build it well.the incentives behind the scenes.the governance that holds it together.the distribution that reaches the last user.the capital that lets it compound instead of collapse.law gave me structure, clarity, and a respect for downside.business and finance added unit economics, markets, incentives.so the way of working is simple:start from first principles.build clear, simple mental models.ask the uncomfortable questions others avoid.not to sound clever,but so founders and investors can make cleaner, braver decisions.going forward, the wish is simple.to work with people building useful things,okay with hard, unglamorous problems,who value calm, honest thinking over noise.if you are building or backing such workand see a place where this mix of law, business and investing can help,happy to listen & learn :)
