The solution generates over $1B in revenue annually for Florida Blue.• Working with different executive leaders in development of IT Strategy based on business and market needs. • Lead teams in development of corporate key performance indicators (KPI) for Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) thru closed loop surveys.• Lead teams responsible for enterprise communication platform that is accountable for communication with members via emails and SMS; • Responsible for Business Relationship Management with the business.
