With a deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and a proven commercial track record, ₹25 Cr+ revenue impact, I’m now pivoting toward consulting, strategy and business development.Over the years, I’ve led the India for an international device firm, designed scalable distributor networks across 18 states, and executed - involving 5 lakh+ MedTech devices. By redesigning supply chains and deploying, I’ve achieved an 80% reduction in stockouts and a 19% boost in bottom-line performance.
