As the Institute Sports Nominee at IIT Bombay, I lead and execute over 100 events across 20 sports, managing a budget of INR 15 M and a council of 22 secretaries and 35 conveners. I successfully conducted the Inter-IIT Sports Meet, a prestigious and massive event that hosted thousands of participants and spectators from 23 IITs, after a gap of 9 years. I also oversee the functioning and growth of various sports clubs and facilities on campus, fostering a culture of sportsmanship and wellness among the students. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay, one of the most reputed and competitive institutions in India. I have maintained a high academic performance, ranking among the top 10% of my batch, and have developed a strong interest in research and optimization. I completed a semester-long project on public transport optimization, and interned at NRI Consulting, where I prepared proposals and consulted for companies in various industries, such as whisky manufacturing and electric vehicle transport. I received a pre-placement offer from NRI, which I accepted, as I am keen to explore and learn more about the consulting domain.
