Over all holding costs will also be reduced.* Responsible for vendor wise weekly/monthly reconciliation of the GRNs with the finance teams to enable timely payout.* Build ad-hoc reports to analyze pod/supplier wise discrepancies and implement POC on Following up & coordinating with all departmental heads for work in progress & closure updates.* Build checking inward process, ensure all inwards are done within TAT and accurately Track put-away process and ensure timely Supervise cycle counting and inventory correction activity.* Support the First Mile team by providing visibility and insights by setting up process adherence checks and publishing metrics to the first mile team, first-mile pick sheet generation based on capacity available and inventory.* Ownership for the end-to-end execution of GRN processes at a pod level for all perishable/non-perishable SKUs in North Zone PODs
