I have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, with strong expertise in managing user accounts and authorizations, including creating users, resetting passwords, locking or unlocking accounts, copying user profiles, deleting users, and managing role creation, activation, and authorization assignments. I have worked with Central User Administration (CUA) and understand its configuration and usage. My technical experience includes performing local client copies and having foundational knowledge of remote client copy operations.I have carried out SAP kernel upgrades and am proficient in troubleshooting through short dump analysis, managing lock entries, and addressing issues related to locked transaction codes. In addition, I am skilled in monitoring and managing user sessions and regularly reviewing system logs to ensure smooth system operations. Daily responsibilities have included conducting system performance health checks, system and performance monitoring, and understanding various techniques associated with performance tuning. I have scheduled, managed, and monitored background jobs, and have maintained system profiles and parameters across different system landscapes.My experience includes importing and monitoring Transport Requests through STMS and supporting the overall Transport Management System.
