I began my professional journey in 2023 as a Sales & Marketing Intern at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd.(The Times of India), where I gained hands-on experience in market research, client engagement, and sales strategy development.In 2024, I transitioned to the real estate sector as an Associate – Portfolio Management at Investors Clinic, where I managed client portfolios, conducted market research, and developed investment strategies, strengthening both business operations and client relationships.Later, I joined Urban Company in Nov 2024 as a Business Development Associate, where I focused on demand capture, operational efficiency, and strategic business growth, achieving significant improvements in revenue growth and customer satisfaction.Currently, since Aug 2025, I am working with Zomato as a Fleet Operations Manager, where I am responsible for operations management, fleet optimization, and workforce planning, driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Chandigarh University and have also completed an NPTEL certification in Sales & Distribution Management. Additionally, I have contributed to a research project on career development challenges for women in leadership roles.With a strong foundation in business development, operations, and portfolio management, I bring proven expertise in CRM, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives.
