Current Roles & Responsibilities – Performance Marketing Specialist | TÜV SÜD1) Ownership of Paid Campaigns: Independently manage and optimize all ongoing paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other PPC platforms to drive performance and ROI.2) Strategic Digital Marketing Support: Act as a digital marketing consultant and subject matter expert for internal business units and business partners, offering strategic guidance and campaign execution support.3) Regional Planning & Execution: Lead and actively contribute to digital marketing planning and execution for strategic projects across South Asia, ASEAN, and the Middle East, covering diverse business verticals including sustainability, training, certification, and hydrogen services.4) Global Collaboration: Represent the South Asia, ASEAN & Middle East region in global strategic meetings and collaborate on cross-regional marketing initiatives aligned with TÜV SÜD’s global digital roadmap.5) Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee performance of external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high standards for campaign delivery and lead quality.6) Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and insights dashboards for senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.7) Lead Generation: Accountable for end-to-end lead generation strategy and performance across all portfolios and regions, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and lead quality.
