ABOUT HIMANSHU JOSHI

A highly motivated Traffic and Transportation Engineer with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in Road Asset Management System (RAMS), pavement condition evaluation and economic analysis for highway projects, program analysis, strategy analysis and road maintenance report preparation using HDM-4 software. Proficient in advanced survey methodologies, including Network Survey Vehicles (NSV) Data Processing (PathRunner, ROMDAS NSV tools), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) with demonstrated expertise to analyze and interpret complex data for infrastructure planning, maintenance requirement, and optimization.I have worked on large-scale network level RAMS projects such as MPRAMS (Madhya Pradesh), RRAMS (Rajasthan), HPRAMS (Himachal Pradesh), and MEGRAMS (Meghalaya), contributing to data compilation of road inventory, R-O-W features, pavement condition, NSV sensor data (roughness, rutting, geometry), GPR data pavement composition interpretation, GIS-based alignment finalization, preparation of data submission reports and presentations. My responsibilities included identifying homogeneous sections and generating maintenance recommendations using HDM-4, IITPAVE, and KGPBACK softwares.In addition to technical responsibilities, I have been actively involved in the preparation of project-specific documents including Requests for Proposals (RFP), and pre-bid queries.Additionally, I hold certifications in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Detection & Mapping of Underground Utilities, and HDM-4 software (\"An International Course on Dissemination of HDM-4 Software\"), supporting my ability to align field data with program-level asset management strategies.
