Defining the process route and making process chart. Preparing CAPA (Corrective and preventive action) sheet for the Maintaining standards of process & product quality as per customer norms. Assist with shop floor layout, cell designs and minimize wastage. Organizing plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time. Plan and organize maintenance activity. Respond to breakdowns quickly. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. Quality control of work by appropriate reviews. Support and lead process improvement activities. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Managing shop floor activities and optimal utilization of resources. Planning and scheduling of the work in advance. Implementation of Kaizen, 5’S, and other safety measures in the department. Follow workplace policies (e.g. health and safety and confidentiality). Safety : Ensuring Zero Accident/incident on the shop floor. Productivity : Achieving 100% Target.
