I’m a PCC-certified Leadership Coach on the MCC journey, with 36 years of leadership experience across Hindustan Unilever and Aditya Birla Group — including roles as President, Unit Head, and P&L Head.I bring multi-unit and cross-functional leadership across industries like automotive, paper, packaging, foods, ice cream, fertilizers, chemicals, and insulators. My expertise spans the entire supply chain — manufacturing, planning, logistics, safety, and business transformation.As a former President heading Business Excellence and Sustainability for the Chemicals, Fertilizers, and Insulators business of ABG, I led culture transformation, WCM, and sustainability programs using global frameworks including TPM, Six Sigma, and BBS.I’m one of the first trainers in India certified by DuPont in Behavioral Safety and have trained over 1500 professionals and 380 officers directly.
