Identify and resolve risks and challenges during the project implementation phase. Monitor safety guidelines during execution to prevent accidents among the manpower. Prepare and send a weekly status report to the client for project updates. Organize documents from different vendors, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Work Method Statements, and Shop Drawings, according to project requirements. Organize weekly meetings with different stakeholders to understand their requirements and find solutions for various site-related issues.
