My career began in customer operations, where I learned early that real impact comes from understanding root causes and not just resolving tickets.From building customer engagement processes at Pluss to driving large-scale logistics and product initiatives at PharmEasy, I have consistently worked at the intersection of business, operations, and technology to turn complex problems into scalable systems.I later co-founded ClinicXpert, where I helped take an idea to product, leading discovery, defining vision, and partnering with tech and design teams to simplify clinic operations for doctors.I am currently a Technical Program Manager II at Nykaa, driving Search & Recommendations initiatives and delivering AI-powered customer experiences across discovery and personalization.
