   I managed the complete portfolio for seller-returns on Amazon with a goal to bridge any parity gaps with Amazon-fulfilled returns across US and EU5 countries. In this role, I conducted qualitative and quantitative research to callout parity gaps, and developed strategies to bridge them. In US, I conducted A/B test to identify optimal CX, developed the business case and prepared strategies for product solution. In EU5, I launched a new feature to enable differential pricing and launched the first Label-Free and Home-Collect seller return offering by integrating with 3P carriers. I also led the end-to-end workflow for launching a unified tech stack for Amazon and Seller fulfilled returns, improving time-to-market by 64%. In.a separate project, I conducted a deep-dive and presented a business case for optimising Amazon returns network routing system in US for an annual savings of $40M.
