Responsible to play a vital role in managing the product design readiness and market rollout within the agreed time, extending the support in the following phase’s i.e. During NPD (New Product Development) and Post NPD (New Product Development) for the fixed connectivity & unified communications products offered by Vodafone Group in UK, Europe and many other geographics.• Responsible to do an overall impact assessment (IA), scope defining, designing solution offerings, driving end to end technical solutions for the new product in terms of People, Processes & IT along with act as a primary point of contact for Product Manager/Product Owner to breakdown the product requirements from capabilities to features & user stories and to understand the customer experience (CX).• Analyze technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.• Responsible to create the overall E2E service solution design for new products by considering that provided solution would give a better customer experience.• Responsible for creating the overall Service Solution Wrap/Service Design Specification (SDS) under the SAFE Agile approach against the requirements received from Product Manager & Product Architect and ensure that documents are kept fit for purpose, up to date, published and reviewed on a regular basis as well as do the knowledge transfer and information sharing of the Service Solution with all the key stakeholders.• Work with the core stakeholders (Internal Team, Vendors/Partners and Clients/Op-Cos) on the list of potential activities and to ensure 100% onboarding of the new processes & solutions.• Support deployment of solution.• Play a role of STE (Solution Train Engineer) and coordinate with RTE (Release Train Engineer) specifically within Service Solution Design area to deliver the solution against the critical and SAFE oriented projects.• Responsible to create a Product & Technical Catalogues.• Drive common operational models and re-usability.
