Currently, I’m managing LAN/WAN administration across multi-site infrastructures, where I focus on optimizing network performance and resolving 95% of connectivity issues proactively. Using tools like SolarWinds, NetFlow Analyzer, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure, I ensure smooth operations and maximum uptime.To make things more efficient, I’ve developed Python automation scripts for network diagnostics and designed Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators like latency, packet loss, and bandwidth utilization. This helps us make real-time decisions and keep everything running smoothly.I also handle VoIP telephony and video conferencing systems (Cisco/Tandberg), making sure communication is seamless across all sites. My role includes IMAC operations for network assets, keeping everything connected and up-to-date.On the planning side, I lead disaster recovery (DR) tests and collaborate with third-party vendors to verify the reliability of redundant paths. I also work with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP setups to ensure readiness and business continuity.For clarity and planning, I design network architecture diagrams using Visio to map out LAN/WAN layouts, firewalls, and VPN setups across five mine sites, making it easier for teams to understand the big picture.
