Analyzed and created design specification with data flow and mapping documentation from different sources of Rally DB and Maestro to to create extracts with SDOH(Social Determinant of Health) data with member demographics and ICD codes which consumed by reporting to achieve Health outcomes and lower over all costs. • Created design and data flow to identify active eligible members fro American legion with respect to M&R,C&S and E&I line of businesses. • Analyzed and created Medicaid extract from SMART data warehouse. • Performed analysis to identify match process to identify Employee and Individual population and created a design and mapping documentation. • Performed validation from end to end process.
