Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.• Schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels.• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Negotiate salary, benefits, and job offers.• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).• Generate reports on hiring status, pipeline progress, and recruitment metrics.• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to refine job requirements.• Coordinate with vendors or third-party agencies if required.
