I’m a people development specialist and former People Director with over 20 years’ experience leading HR strategy, transformation and leadership development across global and fast-paced businesses. I now work as an interim, consultant and coach, helping organisations build happier, higher-performing workplaces.My approach is psychology-led, drawing on tools like Core Strengths SDI 2.0, Hogan and Thomas to help leaders and teams understand themselves and each other better.
