MEng, IEng MIET, FS Eng (TÜV Rheinland)At my base I am a Control and Instrumentation Engineer, but I have skills within electrical, mechanical, electronic, computing and various other engineering disciplines. Currently I am working at Venator Materials as white end E&I engineer. Before this I have worked across various engineering sectors, namely chemical, aerospace and power generation. I spent a year at Martin-Baker in their environmental testing team, testing ejection seat components to military specifications. My apprenticeship was completed with E.ON in the power sector between a large coal station and oil station in the Isle of Grain, Kent. As for education, I have a Master’s Degree in Control and Instrumentation engineering from Teesside University and an advance modern apprenticeship in instrumentation and control maintenance. Whilst completing my apprenticeship, I was studying at NWK collage, gaining a HNC and City and Guild qualifications. My future goals are to continue my institute accreditation and to eventually progress into roles with more responsibility.
