I have had a successful stint in the Retail Sales and Marketing Business Development vertical in one of the Fortune 500 Oil and Gas Industry for five years.During the span,I have led the BPCL\'s SmartFleet Loyalty Program in NorthEast. The exposure helped me to expertise in enhancing Retail sales revenue which form the core business of the company, developing profitable and sustainable business through Key accounts management of key customers of the organisation and continuous customer acquisition, strategizing and implementation of Marketing initiatives among customers and retail network. The fag end of my journey in BPCL was spent mostly into Dealer Management and Network Expansion portfolio in the Retail Vertical across nine districts of Assam. The role enabled me to explore market expansion opportunities in the trading area.I have done my summer internships during my MBA from Appario Retail Pvt Ltd and was primarily handed over the task of developing strategic selections in Security Cameras category through onboarding brands and developing GTM towards the targeted segments and creating a steady pipeline of sustainable growth through strategic alliance with B2B clients. My strength lies in adaptability to challenging roles, adding and creating values by thorough learning and maintaining excellent relations with clients
