Greetings!I sell new superiorly designed, energy efficient homes for a trusted builder, in Baltimore/DC area. I love my job and the builder I work for because we continually set the bar high and strive for excellence. All the homes I sell are new energy star rated homes and at an affordable price. We build tomorrow\'s home, today. Some are built to sell (aka a spec/inventory home) or if the client prefers we can build the plan they desire on an approved available lot. The option to build from the ground up, can be easily nagigated with the winning team at Beazer Homes. I am always eager to help the buyer choose the right lot to build the floor plan of their choice and council them until the home is completed. The build process, typically takes 4 months, during which time I coordinate information on progress of build and anticipated closing procedures between the buyer, construction, Realtors, corporate office, the lender and title company to ensure a smooth closing. I foster the relationship with the new home owner well beyond closing to ensure they are properly acclimated to their new Beazer Home. The service I provide, often times leads to pleasant referrals of their family and friends and lasting long term relationships. I truly enjoy what I do, as I don\'t feel like a \"sales woman\", rather an educator or counselor to folks interested in purchasing or building a new home. I listen intently as they answer my strategically selected questions in an effort to help them decide on a home that fits their unique lifestyle. Listening to my client\'s answers truly aids me with distinguishing their wants from their needs. I offer solutions by providing an array of floor plans that may possibly meet their needs and hopefully a good part of their wants.
