ABOUT HILLIARD MACBETH
We work with a small group of high-net-worth Individuals and families at MacBeth MacLeod Wealth using a process that ensures balance and growth. We manage portfolio investments on a discretionary basis, implement efficient tax planning strategies and advise on philanthropic giving and transferring wealth to the next generation. Recently retired from the position of Portfolio Manager after more than 46 years, Hilliard works with a five-person team of professionals as they strive to help Canadians to achieve growth and balance in their investments and to avoid \"hot\" sectors where the \"fast money\" crowd is focused. Hilliard is the author of the (2018 Dundurn),\"When the Bubble Bursts: Surviving the Canadian Real Estate Crash, Second Edition\" which describes imminent disruptive changes in Canadian housing and financial markets. His first book,\"Investment Traps and How to Avoid Prentice Hall), predicted the dot-com stock bubble collapse and provided efficient and simple techniques to avoid similar traps.
