NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL• Provide development, administrative management, guidance and coordination ofthe National Youth Council• Manage the processes for recruitment, application, and selection of Youth Councilmembers• Serve as a liaison to agency leaders across the network to build awareness,facilitate recruitment processes, select and offer ongoing support to Youth Councilmembers• Establish and maintain strong positive developmentally appropriate relationshipswith youth and young adults in alignment with the youth safety policies and bestpractices of Coordinate all logistical details and facilitate virtual and in-person activities relatedto the National Youth Council (Youth Council)• Develop service-learning projects and/or programs for youth to be activelyinvolved in, make sure projects or programs are well running, and goals are met.Works closely with the Director of College and Career Success and otherstakeholders.• Assist youth in designing and implementing listening sessions and other eventsthat engage a cross-section of youth.• Work in partnership with the data and insights group and others in the Programand Impact department to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the YouthCouncil and related youth voice efforts.• Works in partnership with various departments to design and vet activitiesthat include youth to ensure youth protection standards and best practices aremaintained• Coordinate and support convenings that elevate youth voice, including leadershiptrainings and workshops during the National Conference and listening sessionsthat specifically engage a diverse set of youth from across the network
