Earlier in my career, I was sitting in a desk pursuing a corporate sales career that drained me. I knew there had to be something more to life and I knew I wanted to pursue something I loved. I have always been a creative person, so I immediately signed up for a ceramics class, met for coffee with web designers, and volunteered at a cooking school trying to figure it out.Somewhere in that process, I realized I had been playing with my boyfriend (now husband\'s) DSLR camera for the last year and really enjoyed it. I thought why have I never thought of doing this as an actual job? The minute that clarity hit, I invested. I dropped lots of my savings to pursue it full force and reached out to other photographers trying to learn as much as possible.And well, the rest is history — fast forward to today and I’m working with clients full time to tell the stories of people and brands.Since picking up my first DSLR- I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of companies to create imagery for their brands- I’ve been able to support many other women pursue their dream jobs by creating images for their businesses- I’ve checked off my bucket list of being a photographer at New York Fashion Week- I\'ve been published on sites such as Forbes, Silicon Valley Magazine, SF Weekly, Nob Hill Gazette, Apartment Therapy, The Everygirl, and Mini Magazine.
