About Hillary Shayne
I am a workforce development innovator and a driver of systems change with a commitment to preparing people and organizations for the future of work. At FutureFit AI, I\'ve had the opportunity to take on a range of challenges including building out strategy and processes for our workforce development customer success portfolio and shaping our growth enablement strategy within the U.S. local workforce and economic development industry. In my current role, I\'ve been able to drive innovations across workforce and economic development ecosystems by supporting technology adoption aimed at broadening the workforce development audience, streamlining processes, and developing more collaborative ecosystems. Throughout my career, I\'ve supported system-wide process improvement projects in the public service sector ranging from business continuity to technology adoption to policy implementation. In the process, I\'ve developed expertise in customer success best practices, training for impact, project management, change management, and leading cross-functional teams. I am passionate about EdTech, skills-based hiring, and training for the future of work.
